-You agree to pay the Full price of $298 or 2 payments of $188 (due 30 days apart). In the event, no payment is made, Modern birthing Mama shall suspend your access to the program immediately.

-If you are not happy with the course a Refund Request can be made after the first class on Dec. 6. To be eligible for a refund, student must show that they did the work and it didn't work for them. You must submit completed first assignment for this. Last Day to request a refund is Dec. 8th. If refund is received your access to the platform will be terminated. As well as your license to use the material and templates provided to you will be terminated.

-You agree to allow Modern birthing Mama to use any photos, stories, or comments posted within the facebook group or via email in promotion of the course. No pictures of children will be used unless permission is granted from parent.

-Respect the privacy of the other participates do not share information about other participates outside of the walls of this program unless given written permission by participant.

-You shall receive bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the program and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions throughout the year.

-The Private Facebook group is only guarantee to stay open and free until the end of the course.

-The Private Facebook group is community centered, so please work together, share, and help each other out. Lindsey will be in there from time to time during the program duration, however no response or response time is guaranteed. Questions can be submitted for Q & A sessions on live calls.

-If you select the payment plan option, you automatically authorize Modern birthing Mama to charge the card on file for the next month payment when due. If there are issues with the credit card charge, your access will be instantly discontinued.

- Access to the course platform will be available for 12 months with course purchase. Modern Birthing Mama has the right to request a fee for continued access if you want to continue having access 12 months after course ends at their discretion.
